<p>Over in Kingsbridge, life coach and fitness coach Jolanta Radko of <a href="https://www.phoenixtransformation.co.uk">Phoenix Transformation Gym </a>runs VIP, and training in small groups of up to five, tailor-making programmes in a small gym.
