<p>This’ll bowl a cricketing maiden over. Join Chris Schofield, Sir Gordon Greenidge, Saqlian Mushtaq and other cricketing legends as the world-renowned&nbsp;<a href="https://www.tauntonschool.co.uk/event/lashings-cricket-day/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Lashings World XI</a>&nbsp;(aka the Harlem Globetrotters of cricket)&nbsp;<a href="https://www.tauntonschool.co.uk/event/lashings-cricket-day/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">come to Taunton on Sat 29 July</a>. The day includes a junior coaching sesh, a T20 match, a 3-course lunch&nbsp;– and the chance to share a table with a cricketing hero – and an auction. <p>BBC One’s Alex Jones hosts a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/tauntonschool/an-evening-in-tribute-to-barnaby-webber/e-bkpezr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">celebratory evening remembering Barnaby Webber,</a>&nbsp;who tragically lost his life in June 2023. An evening including a charity auction run by BBC auctioneer Thomas Forrester, a brilliant raffle and amazing magic will raise funds for The Barnaby Webber Foundation, as well as being a grand night out. <p>You can’t beat a good gig for a brilliant night out and three bangers are coming our way this summer. The Great Baldini –&nbsp;a cross between Tommy Cooper (remember him?) and Blofeld – presents:<a href="https://www.tauntonschool.co.uk/event/the-great-baldini-presents-a-magical-cabaret/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">&nbsp;A Magical Cabaret</a>, the story of his life told through illusions, including Houdini’s greatest escape, Russian roulette and seizing control of the Illusionata, a shadowy group of elite magicians controlling the world through magical dark arts. <p>Hilarious stand ups you’ve watched on TV, headline live on stage.
