If your young lions and lionesses are dreaming of as a career as a football pro, the exciting new Trinity Elite Football Programme is top bins! It offers your young footballers a unique blend of individual development and training, while never taking their eyes off the academic ball. It’s open to talented footballers, aged 7-18, who also want to focus on their academic education, including day pupils from Devon, as well as British and international boarding pupils.

The brainchild of former Arsenal pro, Director of Football Greg Thurstans and Director of Coaching Matthew Rose, the programme launched at Alpha Schools’ Beechwood School in Kent in 2023. It’s now rolling out to girls and boys on the South Devon coast, with admissions now open for September 2024 at Trinity School in Teignmouth, a non-selective day and boarding school set in 14 acres of grounds. The Elite Football Programme’s Head of Coaching, Ryan Dickson, is based at Trinity, and he boasts an impressive background, both as player and coach – playing professionally for Premier League Clubs, including Plymouth Argyle, Brentford and Southampton. Head of Girls’ Football is Abbie Britton, who has represented Exeter City, Bristol City, Swansea and Cardiff LFC, and who is passionate about growing the girls’ and women’s game.
