The Big Beanbag Co are a world first (and they’re made on the Devon/Cornwall border!). They are makers of the first ever eco-friendly bean bag, using BioFoam® eco-fill – that’s the special filling that makes these bean bags and bean bag chairs so unique.

Set up by David and Lucy in 2018 when they couldn’t find the eco-friendly bean bag that they were searching for, these beautiful and comfortable bean bags are just the thing to perk up your teen’s bedroom, or add additional seating to your living spaces.

Most bean bags are filled with polystyrene beads, which when they end up in landfill or the ocean, take hundreds of years to break down. Polystyrene can also end up floating on the water and be ingested by wildlife – something which David and Lucy were very keen to avoid. The fill used by The Big Beanbag Co is both child and pet friendly, doesn’t harm the environment and keeps its shape, ensuring their bean bags are incredibly comfortable.

Each bean bag is hand-made to order to the highest quality standards, using durable 100% cotton in beautiful stylish colours with strong double stitching that’s made from recycled plastic bottles and then finished with beautiful piping.
