<p>She&#8217;s on the books of Models 1, she&#8217;s fluent in French and Spanish, and, at the age of just 25, she spear-headed the design and style of the stunning <a href="https://torspark.co" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tors Park </a>in Lynmouth. </p>

<p>Muddy reviewed <a href="https://devon.muddystilettos.co.uk/travel/uk/self-catering/stay-review-ocean-penthouse-tors-park-lynmouth/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ocean Penthouse</a>, a fabulous two-storey apartment (one of 36 available to rent) last year. We loved it so much, we&#8217;re heading back again this winter with the family &#8211; and pooch &#8211; in tow.</p>

<p>Part of the reason we&#8217;re keen for a return is to check out <a href="https://torspark.co/wellness/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Wellness at Tors Park</a> which India, as Head of Concept Development, has spear-headed. India is a huge wellbeing fan herself, and her international travels as a model have given her a keen aesthetic, attracting the likes of model Jodie Kidd and designer Alice Temperley to Tors Park.</p>

<p>Inspired by the wellness movement of Ibiza, where India lives with her boyfriend and dog Ronnie, her vision is to create a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and connect with the North Devon coast and countryside. <p>Lynmouth is still hugely undiscovered area of Devon, right on the Exmoor coast, with gorgeus riverside walks and where it&#8217;s easy to disconnect from the urban and reconnect with nature. It&#8217;s our goal (India works with her father Sam who owns Tors Park) to make Tors Park a destination for like-minded people to relax with family and friends, and to provide options not available elsewhere locally.</p>

<p>We&#8217;ve created an open deck with a heated stretch tent, where guests and non-residents can join a whole range of classes, such as yoga, sound healing and gong baths, while enjoying those incredible views and fresh coastal air. You can also take the plunge into an open-air, sunken ice bath and book yourself in for a treatment at Watersmeet Spa, a dedicated treatment room for massage and holistic therapies, which has woodland views and a cosy wood stove.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-book-us-in-does-it-not-get-cold-out-in-the-open-air">Book us in! Does it not get cold out in the open air?</h2>



<p>No, the stretch tent is all heated. You can fit about 60 people in there, say for a wedding or event, or around 25 yoga mats, so there&#8217;s plenty of space which feels lovely all year round.  </p>

<p>I&#8217;m a big fan of yoga. I used to do 1.5 hours of ashtanga a day, now I do vinyasa flow on the days I&#8217;m not doing reformer Pilates. I love it because it&#8217;s a very fixed routine with the same sequence of poses every time. It&#8217;s so good for body, mind and soul. </p>

Of course, it isn’t just a thrill &#8211; cold water therapy boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and lifts mood. And you do get the reward of a hot sauna afterwards&#8230;</p>

<p>I love it &#8211; our sauna has fabulous views down through the woodland canopy down to Lynmouth Harbour. It&#8217;s a wonderful restorative space.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve just moved in my new home in Ibiza with my boyfriend, who is a health and fitness coach, and our dog Ronnie. It needs a complete refurb, and the plan is for it to look very like the apartments at Tors Park &#8211; embracing the woodland vibe. I love North Devon so visit often, and my boyfriend will be running and curating retreats at Tors Park.</p>

<p>I like HIIT, and my new love is Reformer Pilates which I started a year ago and now do four times a week. It&#8217;s amazing! I also take my dog Ronnie for a walk every day, but we have to be out by 6.45am, otherwise it gets too hot for him.  It&#8217;s a lovely walk along the cliff edge, or we hike to a viewpoint where you can see practically see the whole of the island.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-do-you-have-any-favourite-fitness-brands">Do you have any favourite fitness brands?</h2>



<p>I love Lululemon because it&#8217;s super comfy and it lasts for a long time. I&#8217;ve still got it in now &#8211; its so comfortable you forget it&#8217;s on. My yoga mat is from Lifeform in grey.</p>

<p>I love <a href="https://www.instagram.com/thecoffeeshackbythesea/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Coffee Shack by the Sea</a> at Lynmouth&#8217;s Blacklands Beach. Even though I don&#8217;t drink coffee, but my boyfriend tells me it&#8217;s great! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-how-do-you-cope-without-coffee-in-the-mornings">How do you cope without coffee in the mornings?</h2>



<p>Oat milk matcha. I used to do the 16 hours intermittent fasting, but now I have the matcha tea for a boost. I also take Vitamin D to help me get though the winter because I get affected by lack of sunlight.</p>
