To the right of the hall is an airy green oak frame extension designed by Totnes&#8217; <a href="https://www.roderickjamesarchitects.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Roderick James Architects</a> and built by Carpenter Oak to form a light-filled sitting room, plus two further bedrooms, a shower room and utility room.
