You need to <a href="https://dartmoorchristmastrees.co.uk/booking-calendar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">book your time slot</a> (one hour, one slot per car, £10 redeemable against your trees) to pick your tree here up in the heart of Dartmoor or if you&#8217;re feeling lazy, you can order online and have it delivered. lights, wreath, kindling and fuel also available. Plus, they say on the website &#8211; it&#8217;s no smoking and no dogs, and definitely no smoking dogs.</p>

<p>Fremington is the handy base for three plantations which have been growing Xmas trees since 2006. Here you can buy Nordman, Frasers and Norway spruce, wreaths grown and pre-cut from their plantation, and for every tree cut they plant another two. Good post-work option as they&#8217;re open every day until 8pm. Card payment preferred.</p>

<p>This farm just grows the Nordmann Fir, the classic non-drop and it&#8217;s only in person (they no longer offer online). You can cut it yourself or they&#8217;ll lend a hand.</p>

Every species of tree you could hope for, plus potted trees. You can also pick up eggs, logs, straw, jams and chutneys. Prices from £5.</p>
