Dry January? No problemo! All the fun of the cocktail without the hangover, with these delish Devon mocktails.
If you’re feeling angelic this Dry January (excuse me, I’m just polishing my halo), then you’ll need a fabulous mocktail to keep the cravings at bay. Even if you’re just cutting down after the holiday boozefest, these three mocktails from some of our favourite local bars are as good as the real thing – and you can avoid the hangover the next day too. Chin chin!
Feel the Beet
Looks crazy, sounds crazy, tastes amazing. Plus the espresso will still give you that buzz if you’re not ready to give up the booze and the caffeine just yet.
- Fresh shot of espresso
- Beet It beetroot and apple juice
- Dash of honey syrup
Shake hard to create a froth, strain into a glass and decorate with coffee beans.

Jasmine Tea Mojito
If you love a mojito, this is a refreshing non-alcoholic alternative with a little extra kick.
- Fresh mint
- Lime juice
- Sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- Apple juice
- Cold jasmine tea
Muddle together fresh mint, lime and sugar, top with crushed ice and lengthen with apple juice and jasmine tea.

- Pineapple juice
- Clementine juice
- Green tea and juniper berry infusion
- Agave syrup
- Soda water
- Tonic water
- OTO CBD bitters
Shake together over ice, serve in a hi-ball and garnish with fresh pineapple and sage.
