<p>Grab your furry hats and ski goggles and glide over to Dartmouth&#8217;s historic former sail loft for their <strong>Après Ski Party</strong> (Fri 6 Dec) where the shots, schnapps and sambuccas will be flowing, the snow will be <em>snowing</em>, and local talent Giles Nuttall will be getting the alpine party started.  </p>

For a minimum £120 spend between you, your city-centre private alpine is all yours for 1 hour and 45 mins, when you can choose between a jolly-looking Christmas cocktail menu and a warming cheese raclette worthy of a trip to the Swiss alps. They&#8217;re also hosting <a href="https://www.facebook.com/story.php/?story_fbid=888968606678147&amp;id=100066950471847&amp;_rdr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Lloyds Lodge </a>in Princesshay, a cosy pit stop for a mulled wine which you don&#8217;t need to book.</p>

<p>Get into the party spirit at the vineyard, where the Motley Cru Team are fresh from hosting their Winter Wonderland Dining Feast and are keeping the party going by opening up the Ice Bar (with dry ice for atmosphere) every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the run-up to Christmas. Grab a mulled wine, a little turkey feast or tuck into a wine tasting. </p>

<p>The Lime Kiln&#8217;s <strong>Après Ski Party</strong> (Fri 6 and 20 Dec) are hosting an evening of mulled wine, German beers, and alpine-inspired street food on the terrace overlooking Ilfracombe&#8217;s harbour. If the Christmas cocktails aren&#8217;t enough to keep you cosy, they&#8217;re throwing in hot water bottles, blankets and toasty fire pits. Plus, DJ Van Hessing will be playing feel good funk, deep disco, boogie and nu-disco vibes. Dress for the weather!</p>

Expect iced shots, snow and two thumping house DJs, Fushen &amp; Stellar Minds, doing back to back sets. Stock up on the milk thistle and book the Monday off while you&#8217;re at it.  </p>
