Ice, ice baby
Cider as an aperitif, don’t you know! Handcrafted from Devon cider apples by the brilliant Sandford Orchards in mid-Devon, Ice Cider is good with cheese or a snifter by the fire, and perfect for the drinker who’s tried everything.
Send them back to school with a voucher for a half-day at Devon Cookery School in Cullompton, where they can pick up skills on everything from pastry, to Japanese and Korean and French bistro.
Toast the coast
Distilled on the south Devon coast, Fossil Coast’s Lime Stone is perfect for sea-loving gin-slingers. Add a slug of tonic, pop in a slice of cucumber and lie back of think of long summer days.

Dartmoor distillery have taken their signature Papillon Gin, flavoured with moorland botanicals, and matured it in an aged Pedro Ximenez sherry cask to create their new Mariposa Papillon Cask GIn. Like a creme brûlée in a gin ball.
