Position of the week

Not like that, naughty - we're talking about Pilates! Time to hit the refresh button and try something new. This week we're doing The Supine Twist. It's great for whittling the waistline.

I don’t know about you but six weeks into lockdown, I can barely remember where I hid the chocolate from the kids, let alone how to do my usual exercise properly.

So, in a bid to pull back from the brink I asked Stacy Weeks at the Red Yew Studio to show us some of her Pilates moves as, if there’s one thing Pilates can do, it’s put back some control into your life, as well as ease that aching WFH back. (BTW Muddy has a huge soft spot for Stacy because she admits to liking wine and Haribo.)
