Half-day Children’s Cookery Courses, Exeter Cookery School, Thurs 31 May
Owners Jim and Lucy are super-passionate about inspiring kids to learn to cook from scratch at a young age and so these courses are absolutely brilliant. Choose from a few different courses over half-term, for varying ages and tastes, but this one is our fave. Kids will learn to cook a basic bread dough, which can then be used to create a tasty pizza, garlic bread or dough balls. Then it’s on to meringues for a tasty pud. I happened to be at the school when this course last ran and the smells coming out of the kitchen were enough to have me signing up the mudlet….5 years in advance!
2-4.30pm, suitable for 9-11 years, £39 pp. For all courses and info visit exetercookeryschool.co.uk
