Meet Your Muddy Awards 2018 Winners!

You voted in your thousands and we're super-proud to bring you your shiny new winners!

Muddy Devon awards winner logo

What a week!

It was fast, furious and a whole lorra fun, but I now declare this year’s Muddy Awards 2018 CLOSED! A massive THANK YOU for taking the time to support your truly brilliant local businesses – I’ve absolutely loved seeing – and feeling- the buzz these past few weeks.

If you’re a regular reader (or voter!) you’ll know that the Muddy Awards are free to all and run as a good-natured, positive celebration of the most brilliant, unique and unmissable businesses across the Muddy counties.  Over 20,000 of you voted in Devon across 24 lifestyle categories , showing how much we all appreciate independence and creativity.

The only sad part, of course, is that not everybody can win (I’d give you all a big Muddy hug if I could; I know, what a thought….). But I’m sure that you, like me, have discovered a few new locals that you’ll be wanting to pay a visit the next time you’re in town or scouting about online.

Anyway, without further ado, fancy meeting your winners? Course you do! Congratulations to them all!

I don’t know of a Bishop Jewellery in Bideford.
Should that be Catherine Bishop Barnstaple?

Hi Jane, there are indeed two! Bishop Jewellery is also in some places known as James Bishop jewellery. I’m looking forward to visiting both! Sharon x
