Beach bags, ahoy!
It's a shore thing! Muddy loves these beach bags handmade from upcycled sailcloth. And we have a personalised bag worth £57.50 to give away!
Hankering after sea, sand, and a gorgeous beach bag? Well, beach babe, the time has come to ditch that crumpled blue IKEA bag you’ve been using (just me then?) and feast your eyes on these handmade Marine Life Beach Bags from Topsham’s Sails & Canvas.
They’re made from upcycled sailcloth, meaning they’re durable, quick-drying and easy to wipe down when the kids drop a half eaten ice-lolly and a load of sand in it. And so baggy, there’s plenty of room for your novel and Factor 20, even when it’s full of buckets, spades and body boards.
I love the boaty rope handles, great for practising your hitches and reef knots (if you’re reading, Mr Muddy, I’m joking)
The bags are made in a romantic stone sail loft by the estuary in Topsham, where two talented ladies (and lifelong friends) Juliette and Mandi have been saving old sails from going to landfill since 2015, running them up on industrial Singer sewing machines which were once used to make sails in the loft.
Each one is unique, and and best of all, I have sorted out one for you worth £57.50! All you have to do is head over to our Muddy Reader Treats and answer one easy-peasy question for your chance to win.
