Wanderlust Life: Simple Summer Jewels

Need a little something to freshen up your summer style? Check out Wanderlust Life’s gorgeous gemstone necklaces & boho hoops.

Are you a jewellery-on-the-beach kinda gal? Frankly I’ll take anything I can get to distract from the white feet/brown legs fake-tan situation I always seem to land myself in at this time of year. But now the mudlet is past the necklace-grabbing stage, being a bit more glam is becoming that little bit easier to achieve.

Plus, I’ve discovered the perfect jewellery range to complement the ‘beach-ready’ bit of my wardrobe.

Wanderlust Life was founded in 2013 by Devon-based designer Georgie Roberts. Her home on the North Devon coast and globe-trotting adventures throughout her life, inspire Georgie’s free-spirited creations.

The look is minimal and effortless, just the thing to take on your travels or finish off a sunny day outfit.

Wanderlust Life’s signature pieces incorporate small, semi-precious gemstones sourced around the world. Low on energy? The spinel fine cord necklace may perk you up. Need a little luck? Try the moonstone.

I’m also absolutely loving the amazonite hoop earrings, which offer the perfect dose of boho, beach-to-bar style for summer.

Each piece is handmade in Georgie’s home studio but a new home and bijoux boutique in Ilfracombe is in the offing. Still taking any excuse to travel, Georgie shot the brand’s most recent campaign with photographer Kat Parker in Byron Bay, Australia.

Easy, breezy and beautiful, these beachy snaps perfectly capture the essence of Wanderlust Life. It’s no wonder so many savvy Devon girls are already hooked.

Now you’re aware of Wanderlust Life’s gemstone necklaces, I guarantee you’ll see them everywhere. The range is stocked in some of Devon’s most stylish boutiques, on the north coast and south (Lorna Ruby, Offshore Blooms, The Oystercatcher and Starbust) and sported by the nattiest dressers in Devon.

Seriously, I can’t stop spotting them. The only question is which colour to choose? But at £29 apiece, perhaps I’ll start me a little collection.
