West Country mocktails
Half way through Dry January or just looking for something different to drink, why not try one of these Devon and Cornwall mocktails?
Even for the hardiest of boozehounds, these days a night off the sauce is pretty standard. If you’re just not in the mood for a two-day hangover, then check out these brilliant mocktails.
Sea Arch Bees & Seas
50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
25ml cloudy apple juice
25ml honey syrup (honey and water 1:1)
10ml apple cider vinegar
To make this sweet and sour libation from Devon’s Sea Arch, add ingredients, top up with soda to taste, serve in a large glass on the rocks, stir and garnish with a slice of apple. Serve cold or heat up for a winter warmer.
Pentire Martini No 6
50ml Pentire Adrift
5ml maple syrup
5ml olive brine
3 black peppercorns
Juice from a wedge of grapefruit
Shake, strain, and serve over a block of ice. Garnish with an olive.
Wild Life Botanicals Peach Me I’m Dreaming

25ml peach puree
3 dashes natural vanilla essence
Topped with Wild Life Botanicals Blush*
*0.5% ABV and less than 35 calories per glass
Take a champagne flute, add the peach puree and vanilla, top-up with fizz. Optional, garnish with an edible flower.
100ml of chilled Tregothnan Lemon Verbena Tea
70ml Orange Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
Shake over ice, strain into a rocks or coupette glass (serve with ice in a rocks glass). Garnish with an edible flower or orange twist.
