Quarantini time! Wicked grapefruit and berry slushie

What's cool, fruity and full of gin? No, not me silly! Muddy's found you a delicious tutti-fruity cocktail, just the thing to perk you up and cool you down while it's scorchio.

Planning on drinking your way through the summer? (Do we even have to ask?). Let us introduce you to Quarantini Time – a chance to stretch your cocktail know-how beyond a Bucks Fizz or Mojito.

As it’s scorchio!, where better to start with this cooling gin slushie from Wicked Wolf, just the refresher to perk you up after a long, hard day at the coalface. And surely it counts as two of your five a day? Cheers, m’dears!

Wicked Wolf Grapefruit & Raspberry Slushie

Serves 4


200g frozen raspberries
• 600g fresh grapefruit
• 1 cup of ice cubes
• 55g caster sugar
• 125ml Wicked Wolf Gin


1. Chop the fruit and place into the freezer overnight.

2. Place in a food processor with the ice, sugar and water mixture and gin.

3. Divide between four glasses and top with crumbled raspberry.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
